IMC Beta Update on 10/25/2017
The IMC Beta has been updated to include the following features/functionality:- TDS Authorizations: If no TDS PIN is required this field will be disabled. See KB417 for details.
- TDS Description: A manage link was added to the Accounts Settings screen that allows admins to modify the description that is displayed in the IMC. See KB951 for details.
- View All Properties: There is a link to view all properties for a job. This will display the majority of properties that we have for the job. See KB428 for details.
- Schedule Transcriptionist Removal: A new link is available next to the transcriptionist role on the user settings page. This will allow you to schedule the removal of an ITC license, Transcriptionist Role, or User. See KB957 for details.
- Add Existing User: The IMC will now handle situations where an Admin is attempting to add a user with an eMail address that already exists in another Account. on the platform. See KB950 for details.
- Copy Facility Contact Info: When copying a facility there is now an checkbox to indicate that you would like to copy the contact information as well. See KB621 for details.
- DDS Instructions Filtering: The filtering options on the DDS Instructions page have been expanded and a filter for the method (Fax, FTP, etc) has been added. See KB242 for details.
- Facility Settings:
- Locations: One or more Locations (Departments) can be configured within a Facility to to control workflow, billing, and user access at that level. Once a location is created under a facility, jobs created under the facility can then be assigned to the location (a job can only belong to a single location). See KB956 for details.
- Industry: Facility Settings now includes a drop list to specify the facility's industry. This designation will determine associated labels in he InfraWare Dictation for iOS application and the Secure Web Portal according to the type of industry. For example, Medical facilities will use Patient-centric labeling such as MRN, whereas a Legal facility will reference Case #. New and existing facilities will be designated as Medical. - Allow Fax on Demand: This setting allows an Administrator to disable Fax On Demand from the Secure Web Portal. The setting defaults to on (i.e., allow faxing) and will only be observed in the new Secure Web Portal. See KB954 for details.
- The Downloads page has been updated to point the installation link for the new InfraWare Dictation Client (IDC). (KB218)
Secure Web Portal Update 10/25/2017
InfraWare has released a new Secure Web Portal with updated design and new functionality! app.InfraWare.com/Portal
- Web Upload: Users of the Secure Web Portal can upload an audio file from their computer. See KB963 for details.
- Location: Locations set up within a Facility are now observed in the Secure Web Portal. See KB956 for details.
- TXT Download Option: Plain-text download is now supported from the Job Properties screen or from the Queue.
