IMC Beta was updated 01/06/2017:
- Transcriptionist Setting - Permission to Score a Job (KB879)
ITC Production version 7.1.2.1 was released 01/06/2017 with the following changes/features to match the ITC Beta v7.1.1.7 released on 12/28/2016.
- Promo / Account Image - Display
a promo image if active. If no promo image is found, the Account logo
will display. If no Account logo is found, display will default to the
InfraWare logo (below).

- Addendums - When attaching a
job as an addendum, it is now possible to view the document that would
be receiving the addendum by clicking the Open Document button in the
bottom left (shown below) or using Alt + O. If a document is not available, then the button will not be enabled.

- Template Fields will be set to a
single space instead of an empty string when there is no backing data
found for the field. This is done in an effort to eliminate an error
which can occur if a field is empty.
- Editor
- Insert Patient Name dialogue (Ctrl + Alt + P).
Inserts the patient name as plain text, using the format chosen. The
Format/Case will default to the previous selection the next time the
shortcut is used.

- Note the Alt + Hotkeys: Press the Alt key plus the underlined letter to make your Format and Case selections.
- Name Format:
- F = First Last
- A = Last, First
- L = Last Only
- S = First Only
- U = Full Name
- Case:
- R = Proper
- C = Unchanged
- P = Upper
- W = Lower
- I = Insert
- N = Cancel
- Support for template field
casing. This will take some template changes. Separate KB articles
will be published once internal testing has been completed.
- ADT Screen - Allow Global
Documents form to be opened from the ADT screen. A link added at the
bottom of the form, which uses the same shortcut (Ctrl + Shift + G) as the editor.
- Updated dictionary - New words added to the dictionary, as submitted according to KB191.

- First Draft Discard - A
drop-down menu was added with list of reasons for Discard (Impostor,
Extensive Normal, Poor draft, Technical issues, Not given), for
analysis. Default is Not Given. Typing the first letter of the reason
will move focus to that selection on the list. Alt + D will complete the Discard action. Alt + N will Cancel the Discard operation. See KB573 for details on this feature and KB737 for details on the Discarded Drafts report.

- Additional logging when the Undo action is used
- Address Book - Refresh option was added with Keyboard Shortcut Ctrl + Alt + R.
This will contact the platform, download the updated Address Book, and
the refresh the grid. This can take some time to complete so a
background thread is used and the waiting window is displayed.

- Settings - Support importing
from newer version of Word for Quick Text (Quick Type was supported
previously). If you use Word v2010 or newer and you have AutoText and
AutoCorrect entries in Word you can import them into the ITC. See KB74 for details.
- Job Card - Secondary Rate
information is included on job card and job card summary, if present.
This is being tested internally currently and separate KB articles will
be published with details.
- QA Scoring - When a job is
checked in, the server will verify that the MT has rights to QA score.
If the MT does not have rights then the score will not be saved. See KB879 for details.
- QA Control - A new Account
setting was added that allows Admins to give MTs the ability to decide
whether or not a job should be routed to QA, irrespective of any QA
Marks or Workflow routing. See KB923 for details. The prompt for this takes place ahead of spellcheck:

- Display Transcribed By - This
setting will default to 'on' for all new and existing accounts. Turning
it off will cause the Transcribed By column to be blank (i.e., the
column is still visible, but the values are hidden). See KB924 for details.

- Audit Trail entry on Export -
When exporting a job from the ITC, the MT will be prompted for a reason
for the export (it accepts a blank entry). The ITC will then make a
call to the platform to log the export. If the server is unreachable
then an error message is displayed and the export fails.
- Misc Bug Fixes
- Daylight Savings time was
not being evaluated properly if the local machine was in a timezone that
did not observe Daylight Savings Time.
