IMC Updates and ITC v6.1.4.1 Released

We are excited to announce the following Gen 6 IMC and ITC updates, which were published on Thursday (12/12/2013) evening. The ITC update is available for anyone who would like to manually update their ITC, and will be distributed via auto-update in the near future.  Please open a ticket with Support if you have any questions regarding these changes.

IMC Gen 6

• Added ability to remove addendums (KB).
• Added prompt to enter a reason for downloading a job or recording (KB).

ITC Gen 6

• Reduced memory footprint.
• Faster access to servers for transactions (downloading jobs, address books, etc).
• Added ITC User Setting to automatically open next job.
• ITC will now store last audio and text position when saving a job.
• Corrected bug that would occasionally display hidden template fields during spell check
• Corrected bug that would occasionally not prompt to save document after spell check change.
• Added Assigned To Me search option.
• Various minor bug fixes.

Platform Maintenance 12.4.13

Please be advised that the InfraWare 360 platform will undergo planned maintenance downtime on Saturday, December 7, 2013 beginning at 11:59pm EST for up to two hours.

We're installing a new Internet load balancer as part of the Gen 6 update that will accelerate access to platform servers. (File download times will become up to 10 times as fast.) Telephone dictation will be up during the maintenance window and access to those jobs will begin after the window closes. It is recommended that transcriptionists who need to work during this window be setup to download extra jobs prior to the window's start time. They will be able to mark jobs complete when the window closes.

July Updates

This afternoon (7/12/2013), updates were published to the IMC and EHR Web Portal. Please open a ticket with our Support team if you should have any questions about any of these changes.

• Update Reports (billing, payroll, etc.) to support Internet Explorer 10.
• Added 'Printer Friendly' link to each Report.  This will generate a PDF for easy printing of the report.
• Allow Managers and System Admins to manage Global Documents.
• Various bug-fixes and performance enhancements.

Please be advised that the InfraWare 360 platform will undergo maintenance on Saturday (3/23/2013) night between 11:59 pm and 2:00 am Sunday morning EDT.

During this time,  we do not anticipate any customer imact.  However, there is a slight chance that users may see a brief service interruption.

Last night (2/14/2013), updates were published to the IMC, EHR Web Portal, and InfraWare Template Editor. Please open a ticket with our Support team if you should have any questions about any of these changes.

• Added ability to delete ADT Records.
• Added Dictation Trending Report (available on Dictation Activity page).
• Added ability to run Turn Around Time Report for multiple facilities at once.
• Added ability to group Turn Around Time Report by author or document type.
• Added ability to open a template from the Templates page by clicking 'Open' link.
• Added ability to export Queue results to Excel from the IMC and EHR Web Portal.
• Added ability to filter Deleted Job by Facility.
