We are excited to announce the following Gen 6 IMC and ITC updates, which were published on Thursday (12/12/2013) evening. The ITC update is available for anyone who would like to manually update their ITC, and will be distributed via auto-update in the near future. Added ability to remove addendums (KB).
Added prompt to enter a reason for downloading a job or recording (KB).

ITC Gen 6

Reduced memory footprint.

Faster access to servers for transactions (downloading jobs, address books, etc).

Added ITC User Setting to automatically open next job.

ITC will now store last audio and text position when saving a job.

Corrected bug that would occasionally display hidden template fields during spell check

Corrected bug that would occasionally not prompt to save document after spell check change.

Added Assigned To Me search option.

Various minor bug fixes.

Platform Maintenance 12.4.13

Please be advised that the InfraWare 360 platform will undergo planned maintenance downtime on Saturday, December 7, 2013 beginning at 11:59pm EST for up to two hours.

We're installing a new Internet load balancer as part of the Gen 6 update that will accelerate access to platform servers. (File download times will become up to 10 times as fast.) Telephone dictation will be up during the maintenance window and access to those jobs will begin after the window closes. It is recommended that transcriptionists who need to work during this window be setup to download extra jobs prior to the window's start time. They will be able to mark jobs complete when the window closes.
