Platform Maintenance 1.29.13

Please be advised that the InfraWare 360 platform will undergo maintenance on Saturday (2/2/2013) night between 11:59 pm and 1:00 am Sunday morning EST. 

Telephone dictation using any toll-free numbers will unavailable for at least a portion of the maintenance window.

During the maintenance window the platform will be unavailable while key components are upgraded. MTs will be able to use the ITC to transcribe reports that they already have downloaded, but will not be able to download or mark jobs complete until the window ends.

Please be advised that the InfraWare 360 platform will undergo maintenance on Saturday (1/19/2013) night between 11:59 pm and 1:30 am Sunday morning EST.

Telephone dictation will continue to operate normally through the maintenance window.

During the maintenance window the platform will be unavailable while key components are upgraded.  MTs will be able to use the ITC to transcribe reports that they already have downloaded, but will not be able to download or mark jobs complete until the window ends.
