- Payroll Models/Billing Models/QA Models:
- Per/Unit: Unit description (Per/Unit) column has been added.
- FD Revert/FE Revert: Check mark has been added to the listing to indicate if the Payroll Model Revert option is enabled for First Draft (FD) and Front-end (FE). See KB447 for more details on this option.
- Use: Use column has been added to indicate whether or not the model is in use by an active MT/QA/Facility.
- A Payroll Model is considered in use if an active MT has it set as their default, or is part of their payroll rules.
- A Billing Model is considered in use if an active Facility is set it set as either the Default or part of a Tiered Billing plan.
- If you click the link under the Use column a popup will appear listing the MTs/QAs/Facilities who are using that model.
- Filter:
- Payroll Models: Added a transcriptionist drop list above the Payroll Model table to filter the model list to just those models that are used by the selected MT. Default is for All, which will show all Payroll Models.
- Billing Models: Added a Facility drop list to the billing models page. Works like the MT drop list on the Payroll model page so that you only see models assigned to the facility.
- Preferred Facilities logic does apply, so Admins should initially only see models assigned to their Preferred Facilities. See KB809 for details on Preferred Facilities.
- Edit link has been replaced with hyperlinked model names.
- Sorting on column headings is now available.
- Users page: SPR column relabled to WFC (WorkFlow Coordinator). See KB805 for details on WFC.
- QA Specifications: Added ability to enter QA Specifications for the facility. Free-form entry, which will be displayed in the ITC and OE on a new tab in the future. See KB878 for details.
- First Draft Editors page changes: Access Level and Mask Level columns have been added to indicate access to First Draft:
- Access Level will display if the MT's active plan allows for TX Only, FD Only, TX and FD. Because each level in a plan can have its own settings, this is a composite of those levels. Clicking Access Level will take you to the MT's access rights. When accessed from the FD Editors page you will also see a 'Back to FD Editors' link displayed at the top and bottom, which will take you back to the FD Editors page.
- The access level link will be hidden for users who do not have an active plan/level.
- See KB814 for details on Transcriptionist Access Rights.
- Mask Level will display the setting selected for Masks. Clicking the Mask Level will take you to the MT Settings page and scroll to the Mask section.
- See KB531 for details.
- See KB531 for details.
- Requires Detailed Billing: Requires Detailed Billing check box has been added to the Profile section of the Facility CRM page to indicate if detailed billing is required. This will be displayed on the Billing Report output if applicable for the Facility on which it is run. See KB518 for details on the Billing Report.
- Delivery Instructions: This page is now paged and will default to display Failed instructions. (KB780)
- Transcriptionist Settings:
- Added an MT drop list at the top of the MT settings page (similar to the HR page).
