ITC & IMC Updates
InfraWare Transcription Client (ITC) Inactivity Timeout: ITC Beta v7.3.1.25 and ITC Production v7.3.2.3 include a new feature to monitor the ITC for inactivity. This account-level feature allows an Administrator to determine when the InfraWare Transcription Client (ITC) will automatically set the ITC Worker Status to "....and Not Ready for new jobs" when it has been idle/inactive for a specified length of time.
