IDC Beta & Production Update

InfraWare Dictation Client (IDC) Beta v7.1.1.6 and Production v7.1.2.4 were released with minor bug fixes for back-end processes.  Both will automatically update when the program is launched. 

ITE Beta v7.3.1.3 Released

ITE Beta v7.3.1.3 Released

The ITE Beta v7.3.1.3 was released and includes the following changes/features:

• Metric adjustment limit increased from 5,000 to 50,000 (KB249). 
• Improved experience with ITE Template Tuning by only loading data for selected authors (KB701).  

You will need to install ITE Beta v7.3.1.3 in order to use this functionality. 

• If you already have the ITE Beta installed it will automatically update the next time you launch it.
• If you do not have it installed you can download it by clicking the link on the Software page or this link.

IDC v7.1.2.2 Released

IDC v7.1.2.2 Released

A new InfraWare Dictation Client (IDC) v7.1.2.2 has been released with the following features/functionality:

• Video: 
• Allow all users to upload VOB and MP4 files
• Handle multi-channel files
• Adjust timeout logic during conversion
• Bug fix - Correction of an issue encountered by some users with deletion of chunked files

Auto-update is on for this version, so the next time the IDC is launched it will prompt to update.

IDC Beta v7.1.1.4 Released

A new InfraWare Dictation Client (IDC) Beta v7.1.1.4 has been released with the following features/functionality:

• Video: 
• Allow all users to upload VOB and MP4 files
• Handle multi-channel files
• Adjust timeout logic during conversion
• Bug fix - Correction of an issue encountered by some users with deletion of chunked files

Anyone already using the IDC Beta will automatically be updated to the new version the next time the IDC is launched.   New installs can be completed from the Software tab in the IMC and Secure Web Portal, by clicking the >>Install IDC Beta link.

IMC Beta Updated with Data Retirement Option

 IMC Beta Update 1/30/2019

The IMC Beta has been updated with Data Retirement Options to configure how long transcribed documents, audio, and demographic data is stored post-production.  This option is currently only available in IMC Beta:  https://beta.infraware.com/IMC

ITC Beta 7.3.1.3

ITC Beta version 7.3.1.3 has been released and includes the following features/changes previously available in ITC Alpha:

• Advanced Audio Effects:  The new Audio Advanced Options are located on the F2 (Audio) tab.  Clicking this will open the Audio Effects window. See KB990 for details. 
  

• Hyphenation:  Improvements to the logging/handling when the Hyphenation shortcut (Ctrl + Alt + H) is used. 
• ITC Spell Check Dictionary:  Removed "artefact".
