ITC & IMC Updates

InfraWare Transcription Client (ITC) Inactivity Timeout:  ITC Beta v7.3.1.25 and ITC Production v7.3.2.3 include a new feature to monitor the ITC for inactivity.  This account-level feature allows an Administrator to determine when the InfraWare Transcription Client (ITC) will automatically set the ITC Worker Status to "....and Not Ready for new jobs"  when it has been idle/inactive for a specified length of time.  See KB1009 for details on this new feature.

The Login page has a fresh new design.  No functionality was changed in this update.  

ITC Beta and ITE Beta 

ITC Beta v7.3.1.23 and ITE Beta v7.3.1.5 were updated to observe new template fields as follows: 

ITC Beta v7.3.1.23 was also updated to include the ability to Save QuickType entries in a format that can be imported into SpeedType.  See KB186 for details on QuickType.
