InfraWare Management Console (IMC) and EHR Web Portal Updates

• Update 11/01/016:  IMC Beta was updated with the following changes/features:
  • Recurring Charges/Reductions added to the Facility CRM Page: The start date must occur some time in the future, and will be automatically adjusted based on the frequency selected.  For example, if you select 11/6 with a frequency of monthly, we will automatically set the start date for 11/1.
    
    
    
  • First Draft -> Reporting.  Added Source as a filtering option to the reports listed below. 
    • MT Productivity Report
    • Editing Proficiency Report
    • Discarded Draft Report
    • Job Properties Changed
  • Billing / Pay Models - Added ability to set a rate for Secondary Text.  This becomes visible when using the advanced view and must be set up as part of a Template or a Normal.  This feature is being tested internally.  Functionality will be documented in KB articles as beta testing continues:

• CRM Page (KB686) and HR Page (KB687) changes:
  • Users will be alerted if they try to navigate away from these pages without saving changes.
  • One Time Reductions and Payments added to the HR Page:
    
  • One Time Charges and Reductions added to the Facility CRM Page:
    
  • Source, GL Code, PO Number and Organization options have added to the Profile section of the Facility CRM Page.  To create a new Source or Organization select <NEW> from the drop-down menu and type the name.
    
• Secure eMail Report - Export to Excel option added (KB585):
  
• QA Scoring - Duration added to job listing (KB263):
  
• Alerts management (KB123) - Warning messages was added if you make a change and then attempt to navigate away without saving.
• Dictation Properties - Added an FD override option (KB876).  Once a First Draft job has been worked, you will see a 'Manage' link to the right of the FD check box.  Clicking it will bring up a pop up that will allow you to override it, indicate if it should be considered FD or not for payroll purposes.  A comment can also be entered.  Your selections are then recorded in the audit trail.
  
• First Draft:
  • Tuning:  Heading Detection Sensitivity (KB567) and Numbered List Sensitivity (KB568) now allow an Administrator to pull the slider all the way to the left to turn them off.
    
  • Authors:  This page will now include the option to select a Facility from the drop-down menu and will observe Preferred Facilities (KB809).
  • First Draft Pay Override (KB876):
    
  • First Draft Job Properties Change Report (KB789):  Added option to criteria to only display jobs that had Author, Document Type, or both changed.
    

• Restart TAT on Addendum:  Restart TAT on Addendum option has been added to the Transcription section on the Facility Settings page (KB918).
  
• Dictation Activity Report: Parameters for this report now include the ability to select multiple Facilities.  Select "Multiple" from the drop-down menu and then click on the Choose Facilities link to select the Facilities for which you would like to run this report.
  
• Job Properties:
  • When a delivery instruction is retried, the user's name is included in the audit trail entry.
  • Bug fix: When modifying multiple jobs at once it is now possible to remove STAT option.
• Alerts management (KB123) - Warning messages was added if you make a change and then attempt to navigate away without saving.
• Document Identification Queue Timeout Rules (KB425)
  • Timeout Options to set for a specific Author
  • Timeout Options for separate weekend timeout rules
  • Automation of the Document Identification Queue (KB902)
    
    • Added Auto Doc ID Queue setting to define whether or not this process should have the ability to change the Facility for a job.  Default is OFF.
      
• Account-level Delivery Plans (KB917)
• Billing Report:  Added % of STAT jobs and units to the footer for each facility, as well as the report summary (KB518)
  
  
• TAT Adjustments:  Manage adjustments (set deadline, delay TAT start time, etc).  See KB916 for details.
  
• The word "Payroll" has been changed to "Pay" throughout the IMC.
• Copy User Functionality (KB427):
  • When copying a user, a pop up message is display to the admin reminding them to update the various UDFs. 
    
  • On the copy screen, the user level UDFs group will be automatically expanded so that any user level UDFs will be displayed to the admin.
    
  
  
• Pay Models:  The description field has been widened.  See KB653.
  
• QA Scoring:  Job duration column has been added to the table that is displayed after a search.  See KB263.
  

• Update 11/01/2016:  EHR Web Portal was updated with the following changes/features: 
  
  • InfraWare Mobile Report (KB743) has been made available in the EHR Web Portal.  This will need to be added by an Administrator under Tab Visibility.
  • Promo image was enlarged.
