InfraWare Gen 6 Beta Released

We are proud to announce the Gen 6 Beta release of the IMC and ITC.  These products were published last Friday (9/6/2013) with the features listed below.  Please open a ticket with our Support team if you have any questions regarding these changes.

IMC Gen 6 Beta

• Added Account Dashboard page (KB).
• Added Facility CRM page (KB).
• Add Human Resources page (KB).

ITC Gen 6 Beta

• Updated core components.
• Microsoft .NET 4.0.
• SQL Compact 4.0 (No longer requires installation by admin).
• Code Signing (additional layer of security to streamline installation).
• Added Structured Data Entry for Meaningful Use Stage 1 fields. 
• Added Video Playback support.
• Added ability to manage Normals.
• Added a more detailed confirmation screen when performing an addendum.
• Updated Editor and Spellchecker.
• Added functionality to automatically backup user settings to the InfraWare platform.
• Removed “play to end of file” requirement for blank jobs.
• Added Find feature when viewing Similar Jobs.
• Numerous stability and performance improvements.

July Updates

This afternoon (7/12/2013), updates were published to the IMC and EHR Web Portal. Please open a ticket with our Support team if you should have any questions about any of these changes.

• Update Reports (billing, payroll, etc.) to support Internet Explorer 10.
• Added 'Printer Friendly' link to each Report.  This will generate a PDF for easy printing of the report.
• Allow Managers and System Admins to manage Global Documents.
• Various bug-fixes and performance enhancements.

Platform Maintenance 3-18-13

Please be advised that the InfraWare 360 platform will undergo maintenance on Saturday (3/23/2013) night between 11:59 pm and 2:00 am Sunday morning EDT.

During this time,  we do not anticipate any customer imact.  However, there is a slight chance that users may see a brief service interruption.

Platform Maintenance 2.20.13

Please be advised that the InfraWare 360 platform will undergo maintenance on Saturday (2/23/2013) night between 11:59 pm and 1:30 am Sunday morning EST. 

Telephone dictation will continue to operate normally through the maintenance window.

During the maintenance window the platform will be unavailable while key components are upgraded. MTs will be able to use the ITC to transcribe reports that they already have downloaded, but will not be able to download or mark jobs complete until the window ends.

February 2013 Releases

Last night (2/14/2013), updates were published to the IMC, EHR Web Portal, and InfraWare Template Editor. Please open a ticket with our Support team if you should have any questions about any of these changes.

• Added ability to delete ADT Records.
• Added Dictation Trending Report (available on Dictation Activity page).
• Added ability to run Turn Around Time Report for multiple facilities at once.
• Added ability to group Turn Around Time Report by author or document type.
• Added ability to open a template from the Templates page by clicking 'Open' link.
• Added ability to export Queue results to Excel from the IMC and EHR Web Portal.
• Added ability to filter Deleted Job by Facility.
• Added the Added ability to expose Deleted Jobs and Addendums pages in EHR Web Portal via Tab Visibility.
• Added the pages below to the EHR Web Portal. These reports can be exposed to facility users via Tab Visibility. 
• Addendums (available via the Deleted Jobs page).
• Dictation Trending Report (available via the Dictation Activity page).

Updated InfraWare Template Editor with the changes below.  The ITE will automatically update itself when it is next opened.

• Added ability to open templates via the IMC template page.
• Added template size to Save screen.
