Platform Maintenance 5.28.14

Please be advised that the InfraWare 360 platform will undergo maintenance on Saturday (5/31/2014) night between 11:59 pm and 2:00 am Sunday morning EDT.

Telephone dictation will continue to operate normally through the maintenance window. 

During the maintenance window the platform will be unavailable while key components are upgraded.  MTs will be able to use the ITC to transcribe reports that they already have downloaded, but will not be able to download or mark jobs complete until the window ends.

Application Retirement 4.25.14

On Monday (4/28/2014) InfraWare will sunset the following applications:

InfraWare Transcription Client 2009 : v4.2.26.1 and earlier

InfraWare Template Editor 2009/2011: v5.2.28.1 and earlier

This effort will include the retirement of the InfraWare servers utilized by these applications. The retirement of the servers will result in the applications no longer having access to platform, but will not prevent the applications from launching. To avoid confusion in the future, we recommend uninstalling any retired ITC and ITE installations that you may have.

ITC v6.1.8.2 Released

We are excited to announce that ITC Gen 6 (v6.1.8.2) was released today (4/22/2014). The ITC update is available for anyone who would like to manually update their ITC, and will be distributed via auto-update in the near future.  Please open a ticket with Support if you have any questions regarding these changes.

• Added column to ITC Job Card to indicate if job was First Draft.

We are excited to announce that ITC Gen 6 (v6.1.8.1) was released today (3/29/2014). The ITC update is available for anyone who would like to manually update their ITC.  Please open a ticket with Support if you have any questions regarding these changes.

Platform Maintenance 3.14.14

Please be advised that the InfraWare 360 platform will undergo maintenance on Saturday (3/15/2014) night between 11:00 pm and 2:00 am Sunday morning EDT.

During the maintenance window users may experience brief periods of interruption as key components of the platform are being upgraded. We are expecting 2 short periods (under 1 minute) of service interruption to take place during this window.

Telephone dictation will continue to operate normally through the maintenance window.
